Acai Bowl recipe by @kaylagoescoconuts, complete with two delicious topping combo options!

Ingredients:
This is my suggested quantity, but it is completely up to you! I prefer to use mostly frozen fruits as it gives the smoothie a thick and creamy texture as well as giving it that extra cold refreshing taste!

  • 1 Amazonian Unsweetened Açai frozen pack
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 Frozen mango
  • Splash of coconut water or cold pressed apple juice
  • 2 Medjool dates

Topping Options/Ideas:
1: Superfood Overload!

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Grated Pana Chocolate or raw dark chocolate or cacao nibs
  • Roasted slivered almonds
  • Goji berries
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

2: Young Wild & Topical

  • Chopped fresh banana
  • Passionfruit
  • Coconut flakes (roasted or raw)
  • Almond butter
  • Chopped mango or pineapple
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients into a good high performance blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. (So satisfying…)
  3. Spoon into serving bowl(s).
  4. Top with your desired toppings and serve immediately!
