Think you have to go Chocolate free just because you’re trying to avoid sugar? This Chocolate bark is a fun way to get that delicious cacao hit without the sugar high and crash! Try your own mix and match toppings, Hemp with Coconut flakes is our favourite combination!
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp agave
- Small pinch salt
- Hemp seeds, crushed
- Coconut flakes
- If your coconut oil isn’t liquid, put the jar into a pot of hot water until it’s melted.
- Once your coconut oil is melted add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Line a tray with baking paper. Pour the chocolate mix into the center of the tray and let it spread until it’s at your desired thickness.
- Evenly sprinkle the toppings over the chocolate then cover the tray with glad wrap (So that it doesn’t touch the chocolate). Then put it in the freezer for minimum 3 hours, or leave overnight!
