Hemp Breakfast Bowl! Did you know Hemp Seed Butter contains more Protein/g than Beef! And Hemp contains All 9 Essentials Amino Acids. We’ve packed this yummy brekky bowl with plenty of Hemp goodness to get you on the right track for the day ahead!

Hemp Breakfast Bowl Ingredients:

  • 1 Amazonian Energy A├žai frozen pack
  • 2 big spoonful’s Hemp Seed Butter
  • 2 Frozen banana
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 cup coconut water

Toppings:

  • Whatever fruit is in season works for this delicious bowl.
  • Plus some Hemp Hearts!

Method:

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to the blender, then add half the coconut water and blend.
  2. Add more coconut water until you reach the desired consistency, should be thick enough to eat with a spoon!
  3. Chop up your desired toppings, place them on top and dig in!
