Detoxing Green Tea

We’ve given Green tea a powerful detoxing boost. Serve warm or as an awesome chilled drink, make a big batch for an easy on the go detoxing green tea.

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Brewed Green Tea
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 5cm hunk of ginger, sliced into disks (Like pictured)
  • 3tsp manuka honey
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint leaves

Method:

  1. If you want your tea hot, add all of the ingredients as soon has you take the tea bags out!
  2. For a chilled ice tea, brew your tea and add all the ingredients except the mint leaves. Then leave it in the fridge for a few hours, I find overnight is easiest so my tea is ready to go in the morning! Add the mint leaves before your drink so that they stay fresh.
