Eighteen Thousand Island’s Chilli Sauce was just named in the Top 10 list of ‘new-wave hot sauces’ in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald newspapers and online at goodfood.com.au!
Listed at number 5 (and the only Indonesian or Asian style chilli sauce present), reviewer Jane Ormond wrote of our sauce, “a classic, bright Indonesian sambal asli (original chilli sauce), perfect for dashing on rice and noodle dishes. It has a fresh, strong heat and pure, uncomplicated flavour.”
