Here are the Frequently Asked Questions for our Family Perks Card!

Q. How do I become a member?
A. It’s easy just subscribe here, or on our in store IPads

Q. Does is cost anything?
A. NO

Q. How long does it take before my card is ready?
A. Within 2-3 working days your card will be ready to pick up in store

Q. Will you spam me?
A. No, We contact our members usually once per month. Very occasionally twice per month, to advise you of news, specials and offers, as well as to provide any other useful information such as recipes and nutrition tips.

Q. What will you do with my personal information?
A. We keep it confidential and only use it to run the loyalty program, we do not provide this information to third parties.

Q. What if I have to leave the program?
A. Whilst we will be sad to see you go simply return your membership card to one of our stores and we will remove you from the program, usually within 3 working days.
